Jyotirmoy Banerjee is the Founder & Partner of Lex Assisto Group, a leading law firm and publication house headquartered in Lucknow with a regional office in Kolkata. Currently an Assistant Professor at Amity University Bengaluru, he has previously served as a faculty member at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM-R). Renowned for his expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law, Mr. Banerjee has provided legal counsel to prominent corporations, including TATA, ACC Cement, and American Express. He is also a certified professional in Leadership Skills (IIM Ahmedabad), Privacy Law (University of Pennsylvania), FinTech Law (Duke University), and Environmental Law (University of North Carolina). An accomplished author and researcher, he has contributed to five books and numerous publications.
