Dr. Ashu Maharshi is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan. She holds an MA in English Literature from Banasthali Vidhyapeeth and an MBA in Human Resources, LLB, LLM in Business Law, and a PhD in Law from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. Dr. Maharshi specializes in Corporate Law, Law and Justice in a Globalized World, and Competition Law. Her illustrious career includes prior roles as an Associate Professor at Amity University, Jaipur National University, and various other institutions of repute. A sought-after resource person, she frequently lends her expertise to multiple universities and has adjudicated numerous national and international moot court competitions.

Dr. Maharshi has a prolific record of presenting papers and chairing sessions at both national and international conferences, with her scholarly articles featured in Scopus and UGC care-listed journals. As an Academic Counselor for IGNOU’s Distance Education Program, she has guided four PhD scholars to the successful completion of their degrees and currently supervises three doctoral candidates. Her contributions include reviewing chapters for Scopus book publishers and holding a life membership with the Council for Teachers Professional Development (CTPD). Recently elected Vice President of the Education Research and Development Association, Dr. Maharshi has orchestrated numerous webinars and moot court competitions on national and international levels, and coordinated an array of academic events and conferences. Her participation in workshops and faculty development programs is extensive. Additionally, she is a published author on corporate law and a contributor to several edited volumes, underscoring her commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
